Butterfinger Cupcakes

These butterfinger cupcakes are moist and flavors with chocolate cupcake, butterfinger candy and frost with peanut butter frosting.

Ingredients:

Cupcakes

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 cup Cocoa Powder

• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 stick Unsalted Butter, softened

• 1 cup Milk

• 2 Eggs

Frosting

• 4 cups Powdered Sugar

• 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

• 1 tsp. Salt

• 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened

• 3 tbsp. Milk

• 1 bar Butterfinger Candies, chopped more for garnish

Instructions:

Cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin pan tins with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, butter, milk, eggs, beat well until combined.
  3. Pour the batter into muffin tins liners and bake for 35 minutes. Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
  4. Make the frosting, in a bowl of stand up mixer add in the ingredients and beat well until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Spoon the frosting in pipe bag and pipe on the cupcakes, garnish with chopped butterfinger candies.
