
Ingredients:
Cupcakes
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 cup Cocoa Powder
• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 stick Unsalted Butter, softened
• 1 cup Milk
• 2 Eggs
Frosting
• 4 cups Powdered Sugar
• 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 3 tbsp. Milk
• 1 bar Butterfinger Candies, chopped more for garnish
Instructions:
Cupcakes
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin pan tins with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, butter, milk, eggs, beat well until combined.
- Pour the batter into muffin tins liners and bake for 35 minutes. Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
- Make the frosting, in a bowl of stand up mixer add in the ingredients and beat well until smooth and fluffy.
- Spoon the frosting in pipe bag and pipe on the cupcakes, garnish with chopped butterfinger candies.
