Chocolate Chip Blondies

Chocolate chip blondies are chewy and fudgy bar combines with chocolate chips.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self Rising Flour

• 1 cup Light Brown Sugar

• 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened

• 1 Egg plus 1 Egg Yolk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, brown sugar and vanilla extract, beat well until combined.
  3. Add in the butter, egg and egg yolk, beat well until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the batter into greased baking pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let it cool for 15 minutes before serving.
