
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
• 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 1 Egg plus 1 Egg Yolk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, brown sugar and vanilla extract, beat well until combined.
- Add in the butter, egg and egg yolk, beat well until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into greased baking pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let it cool for 15 minutes before serving.
