Easter Mini Brownie Cheesecake

This Easter Mini Brownie Cheesecake is so easy to make with brownie crust and cream cheese on top.

Ingredients:

• 1 box of Brownie mix plus ingredients on the box

• 2 packages Cream Cheese, softened

• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• Toppings: Grated Dark Chocolate and Easter eggs candy

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl add in the brownie mix and rest box ingredients, mix well until combined.
  2. Pour the brownie mix into muffin tins pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and let brownies cool completely.
  3. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract, beat well until smooth.
  4. Take a spoon a press the brownie center down to make a cavity.
  5. Pour the cream cheese filling into each brownie cavity.
  6. Top with grated of dark chocolate and Easter candy eggs.
