
Ingredients:
Cookies
• 3 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 tsp. Almond Extract
• 2/3 Unsalted Butter, softened
Frosting
• 2 2/4 cup Powdered Sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 tsp. Almond Extract
• 1/3 cup Milk
• 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
• Food Coloring
• Sprinkles
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, vanilla extract and almond extract, mix well until combined.
- Add in the butter, beat well until smooth.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough into the greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown and place cookies on wire rack.
- Frosting: In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, almond extract, butter until smooth and fluffy like frosting.
- In three separate bowls divided the frosting in the bowls and drop food coloring in each bowl.
- Dip the top of each cookies in the frosting and sprinkles with sprinkles.
