Carrot Cake Monkey Bread

This Carrot Cake Monkey Bread is a gooey pull apart bread made with carrots and pineapples.

Ingredients:

• 2 store brought can Biscuits

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 cup Brown Sugar

• 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

• 1 tsp. Ground Nutmeg

• 1 tsp. Ground Cloves

• 2 cups Grated Carrots

• 1 can Crushed Pineapples

• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease bundt cake pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl add in the carrot,  pineapples, cinnamon and nutmeg, cloves and place the biscuits in the mixture.
  3. Place the mixture into the greased bundt cake pan.
  4. In a saucepan over med high heat add in the butter and brown sugar bring it to a boil while stirring occasionally until form a sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce over the bread and bake for 35 minutes until let bread cool for 12 minutes before serving.
