
Ingredients:
Cupcakes:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 stick Unsalted Butter, softened
• 2 Eggs
Decorations:
• 1 package regular size marshmallows
• 1 container of white Frosting
• 1 tube Pink decorator’s icing
• 1 tube green decorator’s icing

Instructions:
Cupcakes:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar and vanilla extract, beat well until combined.
- Add in the butter and eggs, beat well until combined
- Pour the batter into cupcake liners tin pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cupcakes cook for 10 minutes
- Pipe the green frosting on top of cupcake and shape the frosting like grass on top.
- Cut about 1/3 cup of marshmallow to make a bunny butt and on the intact of the marshmallow with white frosting and then sprinkle sanding sugar. Place the marshmallow into green grass frosting.
- Take another marshmallow and cut on the diagonal to cut off two triangle shaped marshmallow pieces this will be two feet.
- Place marshmallow feet into the green grass frosting against bunny butt.
- Pipe the pink tube frosting on the marshmallow pads of the feet to make it look like a feet.
