
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2/4 cup Butter, softened
• 2 Eggs
Filling
• 1/3 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
• 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
• 1 package Caramels, unwrapped
• 1/3 cup Heavy Cream
Ingredients:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, brown sugar and cinnamon, beat well until combined.
- Add in the butter and vanilla extract, beat well until smooth.
- In microwave safe bowl add in the caramels and heavy cream, microwave for 20 seconds and stir until caramels is melted.
- Spread half of batter into the bottom of greased baking pan and sprinkle chocolate chips and walnuts and pour over top the caramel sauce, spreading out evenly over the top.
- Pour the remaining batter over top and spread out evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes until light golden brown and let blondies cool for 10 minutes before serving.
