
Ingredients:
Cookies:
• 1 box of Red Velvet Cake Mix
• 1/2 cup Veg. Oil
• 2 Eggs
Cream Cheese Frosting
• 2 cups Powdered Sugar
• 4 oz. Cream Cheese
• 4 tbsp. Butter, softened
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl add cake mix, oil and eggs, beat well until combined.
- Bake for 12 minutes and let cookies cool completely.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter, beat well until fluffy and smooth.
- Spread the frosting on each cookies and sprinkles top with red velvet cake crumbs.
