Red Velvet Cookies with Cream Cheese Frosting

These Red Velvet Cookies are so easy to make with spraad cream cheese frosting on top and dusting with

Ingredients:

Cookies:

• 1 box of Red Velvet Cake Mix

• 1/2 cup Veg. Oil

• 2 Eggs

Cream Cheese Frosting

• 2 cups Powdered Sugar

• 4 oz. Cream Cheese

• 4 tbsp. Butter, softened

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl add cake mix, oil and eggs, beat well until combined.
  3. Bake for 12 minutes and let cookies cool completely.
  4. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter, beat well until fluffy and smooth.
  5. Spread the frosting on each cookies and sprinkles top with red velvet cake crumbs.
