White Chocolate Pistachio Cookies

These cookies is loaded with white chocolate chips and pistachios.

Ingredients:

• 1 2/4 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

• 1/2 tap. Ground Cinnamon

• 1 package White Chocolate Chips, chopped

• 1 package Unsalted Pistachios, toasted and chopped

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2/4 cup Unsalted Butter, softened

• 1 Egg, at room temperature

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, white sugar and brown sugar, cinnamon, mix well until combined.
  3. Add in the vanilla extract, butter and eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in the white chocolate chips and pistachios, stir well until mixed.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough onto the cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes and let cookies cool for 5 minutes before serving.
