
Ingredients:
• 1 2/4 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
• 1/2 tap. Ground Cinnamon
• 1 package White Chocolate Chips, chopped
• 1 package Unsalted Pistachios, toasted and chopped
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2/4 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 1 Egg, at room temperature
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, white sugar and brown sugar, cinnamon, mix well until combined.
- Add in the vanilla extract, butter and eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in the white chocolate chips and pistachios, stir well until mixed.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough onto the cookie sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes and let cookies cool for 5 minutes before serving.
