
Ingredients:
• 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1/2 cup Veg. Oil
• 1 can Evaporated Milk
• 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 2/4 cup Half and Half
• 1 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
• 1/3 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 tsp. Granulated Sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease baking sheet pan with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl add in cake mix and water, oil, eggs, beat well using a electric mixer until combined.
- Pour the cake batter into the greased baking sheet pan and bake for 35 minutes and let cake cool for 1 hour.
- In a bowl add in the evaporated milk and condensed milk, half and half, stir until smooth.
- Poke holes top of the cake and pour the milk mixture over top of the cake.
- Place the cake in the fridge to chill for about 1 hour.
- In a bowl add in the sugar and vanilla extract, whip until smooth and fluffy.
- Take the cake out of the fridge and spread mixture over top of the cake.
- Place the cake in the fridge to chill for 2 hours or ready to serve.
