
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
• 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a round cake pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla extract, butter and eggs, beat well until combined.
- Pour the cake batter into greased round cake pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cake cool for 10 minutes before serving.
