Chocolate Sponge Cake

This Chocolate Sponge Cake is moist and made with chocolate flavored.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted

• 2 Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a round cake pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla extract, butter and eggs, beat well until combined.
  3. Pour the cake batter into greased round cake pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cake cool for 10 minutes before serving.
