
Ingredients:
• 1 box Macaroni Pasta
• 4 cups Broccoli Florets
• 2 cups Cooked Chopped Chicken
• 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
• 1/4 cup Flour
• 1/4 tsp. Paprika
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1/3 cup Butter
• 2 cups Milk
• 4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions:
- In a pot of boiling salty water cook the pasta according to box instructions. Drained.
- In another pot of boiling water cook the broccoli until tender and drained off the water.
- In a skillet with oil over med high cook the chicken until done about 10 minutes and place it on paper lined plate and set aside.
- In the same skillet over med high add in the butter cook until melted and add in the flour, cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
- Add in the milk to flour slowly and stir occasionally until thickened.
- Add in the mustard, cheese, salt and black pepper, paprika, stir occasionally until cheese is melted and take the skillet off the heat.
- Lay the chicken on cutting board and slice ,then place in the cheese sauce and add in the broccoli, pasta, stir well until combined. Serve warm.
