
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
• 2 cups Mini Chocolate Chips
• 2 cups Mashed Bananas
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1/2 cup Sour Cream
• 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin pan tins with muffin liners.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour white sugar and brown sugar, mashed bananas and vanilla extract, vegetable oil and sour cream, eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips well mixed until combined.
- Pour the batter into muffin tins liners and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let muffins cool for 10 minutes before serving.
