Cottage Cheese Raisin Honey Pie

This Cottage Cheese Raisin Pie is filled with cottage cheese and raisins, honey for a delicious dessert.

Ingredients:

• 4 tbsp. Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 container Cream Cheese

• 1 package Rasins, rinsed

• 2 tbsp. Honey

• 3/4 cup Heavy Cream

• 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one lemon

• 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Zest from one lemon

• 4 Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the heavy cream and cottage cheese honey, eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice and lemon zest, beat well until combined.
  3. Stir in the raisins into batter mix well until combined.
  4. Pour the pie batter into greased baking dish and bake for 35 minutes until golden brown and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
