
Ingredients:
• 4 tbsp. Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 container Cream Cheese
• 1 package Rasins, rinsed
• 2 tbsp. Honey
• 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
• 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one lemon
• 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Zest from one lemon
• 4 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the heavy cream and cottage cheese honey, eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice and lemon zest, beat well until combined.
- Stir in the raisins into batter mix well until combined.
- Pour the pie batter into greased baking dish and bake for 35 minutes until golden brown and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
