
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/3 cup Sour Cream
• 1/3 cup Buttermilk
• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease baking loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar and vanilla extract, sour cream and buttermilk, butter, eggs, beat well until combined.
- In bowl divided add 1/2 cake batter into the bowl.
- In the bowl add in the cocoa powder and stir well until mixed.
- Add 3/4 cup cake batter into the greased baking loaf pan and then spoon some chocolate cake batter into the cake batter in the baking pan and swirl it in the cake batter.
- Bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
