
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2 tbsp. Poppyseeds
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 tsp. Almond Extract
• 1 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1 cup Milk
• 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bundt cake pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, vanilla extract and almond extract, oil, milk and eggs, beat well until combined.
- Stir in the poppyseeds until combined and pour the cake batter into greased bundt cake pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let cake cool for 10 minutes before serving.
