Poppyseed Bundt Cake

This Poppyseed Bundt Cake is moist and takes only few ingredients to make.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 2 tbsp. Poppyseeds

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 tsp. Almond Extract

• 1 cup Vegetable Oil

• 1 cup Milk

• 2 Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bundt cake pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, vanilla extract and almond extract, oil, milk and eggs, beat well until combined.
  3. Stir in the poppyseeds until combined and pour the cake batter into greased bundt cake pan.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let cake cool for 10 minutes before serving.
