
Instructions:
• 2 cups Cooked Orza Pasta
• 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, cut into halves
• 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
• 1 cup Cooked Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
• 1 cup Olives
• 1/2 cup Sliced Red Onions
• 1 block Feta Cheese, cut into cubes
• 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one lemon
• Italian Dressing
• 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one lemon
• 1 cup Fresh Basil
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a pot of boiling salty water cook the pasta according to box instructions and drained.
- In a bowl add in the orzo and cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese and red onion, olives, chickpeas.
- Drizzle in the fresh lemon juice and dressing,
- Season with Salt and Black Pepper and stir well until combined. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
