
Ingredients:
• 1 box Egg Noodles
• 1 can Tuna Fish
• 2 cups Frozen Sweet Peas
• 1/2 Onion, diced
• 1 package Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 1 container Chicken Broth
• 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
• 1/2 cup Flour
• 1 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softerned
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a pot of salty boiling water cook the egg noodles according to box instructions. Drained.
- Place the egg noodles bottom of greased baking dish.
- In a skillet over med high heat add in the butter, cook until melted and add in the onions, cook until tender.
- Add in the flour, stir well and cook for 1 minute.
- Add in the chicken broth and milk, stir occasionally until thickened about 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add peas, tuna fish, salt, black pepper and half of cheese, stir well until combined.
- Pour the mixture over the cooked egg noodles in the baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs and remaining cheese.
- Bake for 14 minutes until bubbly hot and cheese is melted.
- Let casserole cool for 10 minutes before serving
