
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 3 cups Fresh Blueberries
• 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one lemon
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 cup Butter, softened
• 2 Eggs
Instrucretions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bundt cake pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla extract, butter and eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in the fresh blueberries until well mixed.
- Pour in the cake batter into greased bundt cake pan and bake for 35 minutes light golden brown.
- Let cake cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
