Blueberry Bundt Cake

This Blueberry Bundt Cake is moist and flavored with fresh blueberries.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 3 cups Fresh Blueberries

• 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one lemon

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 cup Butter, softened

• 2 Eggs

Instrucretions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bundt cake pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla extract, butter and eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in the fresh blueberries until well mixed.
  3. Pour in the cake batter into greased bundt cake pan and bake for 35 minutes light golden brown.
  4. Let cake cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
