
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 Stick Unsalted Butter, softerned
• 3/4 cup Sour Cream
• 2 Eggs
• 1 jar of Peach Jelly Jam
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bundt cake pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, vanilla extract and sour cream, butter, eggs, beat well until combined.
- Pour the cake batter into greased bundt cake pan and bake for 35 minutes. Let cool completely before topping it with peach jelly jam and spread out evenly on top of the cake.
