
Ingredients:
• 1 Store Brought Graham Cracker Pie Crust
• 2 Bananas, peeled and sliced
• 2 cups Fresh Blueberries
• 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
• 4 tbsp. Banana Pudding Mix
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one lemon
• 2 tbsp. Milk
• 1 container Whipping Cream Topping
Instructions:
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the whipped topping, powdered sugar, sugar, vanilla extract, beat well until smooth and soft peaks.
- Add in the banana pudding mix and beat well until smooth and set aside.
- In a bowl add in sliced bananas and fresh squeezed lemon juice, give it good stir to coated the bananas.
- Place bananas on the bottom of graham cracker crust and top with fresh blueberries.
- Now pipe whipping cream topping on top of the fruits.
- Place in the fridge to chill until ready to serve about 4 hours.
