Blueberry Banana Cream Pie

This Blueberry Banana Cream Pie is a no bake dessert that’s so easy to make fresh blueberries and bananas top with whipped cream topping.

Ingredients:

• 1 Store Brought Graham Cracker Pie Crust

• 2 Bananas, peeled and sliced

• 2 cups Fresh Blueberries

• 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

• 4 tbsp. Banana Pudding Mix

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one lemon

• 2 tbsp. Milk

• 1 container Whipping Cream Topping

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the whipped topping, powdered sugar, sugar, vanilla extract, beat well until smooth and soft peaks.
  2. Add in the banana pudding mix and beat well until smooth and set aside.
  3. In a bowl add in sliced bananas and fresh squeezed lemon juice, give it good stir to coated the bananas.
  4. Place bananas on the bottom of graham cracker crust and top with fresh blueberries.
  5. Now pipe whipping cream topping on top of the fruits.
  6. Place in the fridge to chill until ready to serve about 4 hours.
