Black Bean and Matcha Pound Cake

This pound cake is moist and loaded with black beans and matcha is a Japanese dessert recipe.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 tbsp. Matcha Powder

• 1 can Black Beans, drained, rinsed

• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 cup Milk

• 1 Stick Butter, softerned

• 2 Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, matcha powder, vanilla extract, milk and butter, eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in the black beans mixed well until combined.
  3. Pour the batter into greased baking loaf pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
