
Ingredients:
• 1 box Spaghetti Pasta
• 2 cans Sardines, drained
• 2 tbsp. Pine Nuts
• 2 tbsp. Capers, drained
• 1 Onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup Doll, chopped
• 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Zest from one lemon
• 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one lemon
• 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a pot of salty boiling water cook the pasta according to box instructions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.
- In a another pot over med high heat add in the pine nuts to toast until golden brown. Place in a bowl and set aside.
- In the same pot over med high drizzle in olive oil and add in the onions and cook until tender.
- Add in the sardines and cook while stirring until heated through.
- Add in the lemon zest, capers and dill, stir well mixed.
- Add in the pasta, pine nuts and lemon juice and reserve pasta water, stir well until combined.
- Pour in a serving bowl and season with salt, black pepper.
