Toffee Cookies

Toffee Cookies are soft inside and crispy on the outside.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 cup Health Toffee Bits

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 cup Butter, softerned

• 1 Eggre

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, vanilla extract and butter, eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in the toffee bits until well mixed.
  3. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Let cookies cool for 10 minutes before serving.
