
Ingredients:
• 1 package Semisweet Chocolate Chips
• 1 package White Chocolate Chips
• 2 Candy Canes, crushed
• 1/2 tsp. Peppermint Extract
Instructions:
- In a baking pan line with parchment paper out evenly in the bottom of the pan.
- In a microwave safe bowl add in the chocolate chips for 1 minute, stir occasionally until melted.
- Pour in chocolate out evenly in bottom of the baking pan and place in the fridge for 7 hours until it’s completely hardended.
- In a microwave safe bowl add in the white chocolate microwave for 1 minute and stir well and let cool for 1 minute. Add in the peppermint mixed well until combined.
- Remove the pan from fridge and pour the melted white chocolate out evenly over the chocolate.
- Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy over top of melted white chocolate and place in the fridge for 49 minutes.
- Take out of the fridge and break the bark into pieces.
