
Instructions:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
• 1/2 cup Chopped Chocolate
• 1/2 cup Pecans
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 Egg
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla extract, egg, beat well until combined. Stir in the pecans and chocolate chips well mixed.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop cookie dough onto the greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cookies cool for 10 minutes before serving.
