
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. Ground Pork Sausage
• 2 tbsp. Minced Onion
• 1 tsp. Beef Bouillon
• 1 tsp. Ketchup
• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
• 1 Store Brought Puff Pastry
• 1 Egg, slightly beaten
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl add in sausage, onions and beef bouillon, ketchup and mustard, Worcestershire sauce, mix well until combined.
- Lay out the pastry on a flat surface and spoon the filling into the pastry.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log shape. Place in the greased baking pan.
- Brush egg wash on top of the pastry and cut pastry into 12 logs
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until golden brown and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
