Mini Sausage Rolls

This Mini Sausage Rolls is made with ground pork sausage, onion and with other few ingredients in a puff pastry.

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. Ground Pork Sausage

• 2 tbsp. Minced Onion

• 1 tsp. Beef Bouillon

• 1 tsp. Ketchup

• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

• 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard

• 1 Store Brought Puff Pastry

• 1 Egg, slightly beaten

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl add in sausage, onions and beef bouillon, ketchup and mustard, Worcestershire sauce, mix well until combined.
  3. Lay out the pastry on a flat surface and spoon the filling into the pastry.
  4. Roll the pastry tightly into a log shape. Place in the greased baking pan.
  5. Brush egg wash on top of the pastry and cut pastry into 12 logs
  6. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until golden brown and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
