
Ingredients:
• 1 block Sharp Cheddar Cheese
• 1 container Cream Cheese
• 1 jar Diced Pimiento, drained
• 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
• 2 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Parsley
• 2 tbsp. Minced Green Onions
• 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
• 1 tsp. Sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
• 1/2 cup Olive Oil
• 1/2 cup White Wine Vinegar
Instructions:
- In a jar with lid, add in the vinegar, oil, black pepper and salt, sugar, minced garlic and minced green onions, tomatoes, pimiento, parsley, close the lid on the jar and give it good shake to mix the ingredients together.
- Cut the block of cheddar cheese and add cream cheese until cover cheddar cheese place on serving plate.
- Pour the marinade over top of the cheese and cover with plastic wrap.
- Chill in the fridge for 8 hours and serve.
