
Ingredients:
Brownie
• 1/2 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
• 1 bar Dark Chocolate, chopped
• 1/3 cup Unsalted Butter, cut into pieces
• 2 Eggs, slightly beaten
Pumpkin Pie
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp. Ginger Powder
• 1/2 tsp. Ground Cloves
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
• 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
• 1 cup Evaporated Milk
• 1 Egg
Instructions:
Brownie
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, cocoa powder dark chocolate, vanilla extract and eggs, beat well until combined and smooth.
- Pour the batter into greased baking pan evenly. Set aside.
Pumpkin Pie
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the ingredients and beat well until combined.
- Spread it over top of the brownie batter and bake for 35 minutes until done. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
