Pumpkin Brownies

Pumpkin Brownies combine with chocolate brownie and pumpkin pie for Fall dessert.

Ingredients:

Brownie

• 1/2 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 2 tbsp. Cocoa Powder

• 1 bar Dark Chocolate, chopped

• 1/3 cup Unsalted Butter, cut into pieces

• 2 Eggs, slightly beaten

Pumpkin Pie

• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

• 1/2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg

• 1/2 tsp. Ginger Powder

• 1/2 tsp. Ground Cloves

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 tbsp. Cornstarch

• 1 cup Pumpkin Puree

• 1 cup Evaporated Milk

• 1 Egg

Instructions:

Brownie

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, cocoa powder dark chocolate, vanilla extract and eggs, beat well until combined and smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into greased baking pan evenly. Set aside.

Pumpkin Pie

  1. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the ingredients and beat well until combined.
  2. Spread it over top of the brownie batter and bake for 35 minutes until done. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
