
Ingredients:
Pears
• 4 Pear, cut, cored and diced
• 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
• 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one lemon
Crumble Topping
• 1 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1/3 cup Rolled Oats
• 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
• 1/2 cup Cold Unsalted Butter, cut into cubes.
Instructions:
Pears
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl add in the pears and squash fresh lemon juice and add in cornstarch on top pears, stir well until combined and thickened.
- Pour the filling into greased baking pan spreading out evenly.
Crumble Topping
- In a mixing bowl add in the walnuts, flour, brown sugar and oats, butter, use a fork to stir well until combined to crumble.
- Pour the crumble topping over top of pear filling evenly spreading out.
- Bake for 35 minutes until crumble topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly hot.
- Let cool for 25 minutes before serving.
