Jalapeno Popper Dip

This Jalapeno Popper Dip is loaded with bacon, jalapeno, cream cheese, cheese for perfect dip to serve with tortilla chips.

Ingredients:

• 2 Jalapenos, seeds remove, chopped

• 8 Slices Cooked Bacon, chopped

• 1 container Cream Cheese

• 1 2/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

• 1 2/4 cup Monterey Cheese

• 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

• 1/2 cup Sour Cream

• 1 tsp. Garlic Powder

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cast iron skillet with cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over med high heat cook bacon until crispy and drained off grease on paper lined plate. Chopped the bacon.
  3. In a bowl add in cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic powder, half of the bacon and half of jalapeno, stir well until combined.
  4. Pour in the greased cast iron skillet and top with remaining cheese and jalapenos.
  5. Sprinkle on top the both cheeses.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly hot.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips.
