
Ingredients:
• 2 Jalapenos, seeds remove, chopped
• 8 Slices Cooked Bacon, chopped
• 1 container Cream Cheese
• 1 2/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 1 2/4 cup Monterey Cheese
• 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup Sour Cream
• 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cast iron skillet with cooking spray.
- In a skillet over med high heat cook bacon until crispy and drained off grease on paper lined plate. Chopped the bacon.
- In a bowl add in cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic powder, half of the bacon and half of jalapeno, stir well until combined.
- Pour in the greased cast iron skillet and top with remaining cheese and jalapenos.
- Sprinkle on top the both cheeses.
- Bake for 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly hot.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
