Butterscotch Fudge

Butterscotch Fudge takes only three ingredients to make.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Butterscotch Chips

• 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk

• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter

Instructions:

  1. In a microwave safe bowl add in the condensed milk and microwave on high for 2 minutes and add in the butter microwave for 1 minute until butter is melted.
  2. Remove the bowl from microwave and pour in the butterscotch chips, stir well and let set about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir well until combined into thickened fudge.
  4. In a parchment paper lined baking sheet and spread the fudge out evenly.
  5. Let chill in the fridge about 55 minutes and then remove from fridge. Cut into squares.
