
Ingredients:
• 4 Sweet Potatoes
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 2 tbsp. Melted Butter
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. Chopped Parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place the sweet potatoes in the greased baking dish and bake for 1 hour until tender.
- Let baked sweet potatoes cool for 10 minutes, peel off the skin and then scoop the sweet potatoes inside out into a food processor.
- In the food processor add in milk and butter, salt, processor until smooth and creamy
- Serve in a serving bowl with garnish of chopped parsley.
