
Ingredients:
• 5 cups Seedless Cucumber, sliced
• 1 Red Onion, sliced
• 2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
• 2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1 tsp. Salt
• Black Pepper to taste
• 1 tsp. Chopped Fresh Dill
Instructions:
- In a large bowl add in the sliced cucumber and red onion, salt, stir and let set for 15 minutes.
- Add in the apple cider vinegar and sugar, stir to coat cucumber and season with black pepper, and add in the chopped dill, stir well until combined.
- Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
