Cucumber Salad

Cucumber Salad is perfect side dish to serve and it takes only five ingredients to make.

Ingredients:

• 5 cups Seedless Cucumber, sliced

• 1 Red Onion, sliced

• 2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar

• 2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

• 1 tsp. Salt

• Black Pepper to taste

• 1 tsp. Chopped Fresh Dill

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl add in the sliced cucumber and red onion, salt, stir and let set for 15 minutes.
  2. Add in the apple cider vinegar and sugar, stir to coat cucumber and season with black pepper, and add in the chopped dill, stir well until combined.
  3. Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
