Cranberry Pumpkin Bread

Cranberry Pumpkin Bread is moist and made with fresh cranberries and pumpkin puree.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/4 cup Brown Sugar

• 2 tbsp. Ground Cinnamon

• 1/2 tsp. Ground Cloves

• 1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger

• 1/2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg

• 1 tbsp. Fresh Orange Zest from one orange

• 1/2 cup Apple Sauce

• 1 cup Fresh Cranberries

• 1 cup Pumpkin Puree

• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

• 2 Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves and ginger, nutmeg, mix well until combined.
  3. Add in the orange zest and cranberries, apple sauce and pumpkin puree, oil, eggs, beat well until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into greased baking loaf pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
