
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup Flour
• 1/2 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
• 2 cups Leftover Turkey, chopped
• 1 Cooked Diced Potatoes
• 1 cup Frozen Vegetables, thawed
• 1 Onion diced
• 2 Store Brought Pie Crust
• 1 cup Chicken Broth
• 2/4 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup Butter, softened
• 1 Egg, slightly beaten plus water
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a pie pan with cooking spray.
- In a saucepan over med high heat over med high heat add in the butter and onions, cook for 5 minutes until tender.
- Add in the flour, poultry seasoning and salt, black pepper, turkey, potatoes and veggies, stir, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add in the chicken broth, milk and bring to a boil until thickened about 1 minute.
- In the bottom of greased pie pan lay one pie crust down and pour filling into the pie crust and lay second pie crust on top.
- In a bowl whisk egg and water together and then brush egg wash on top of the pie crust.
- Bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and filling is bubbly hot. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
