
Ingredients:
• 2 cans Chopped Clam with Juice
• 1 lb. Potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
• 1 Onion, sliced
• 2 Celery Stalks, diced
• 2 tbsp. Flour
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
• 1 cup Chicken Broth
• 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
• 2/4 cup Milk
• 2/4 cup Half and Half
Instructions:
- In a large pot over med high heat drizzle in olive oil and add onions, celery, saute until tender.
- In a bowl pour in the milk, half-half and add in the flour, stir well until combined.
- Add in milk mixture to large pot and add in the clams with juice and chicken broth, potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
- Let simmer for about 20 minutes and take pot off the heat, let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Them pour in a food processor and processor until smooth.
- Serve in a bread bowl or in serving bowl.
