Clam Chowder

Clam Chowder is made with clams, potatoes is easy to make.

Ingredients:

• 2 cans Chopped Clam with Juice

• 1 lb. Potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes

• 1 Onion, sliced

• 2 Celery Stalks, diced

• 2 tbsp. Flour

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

• 1 cup Chicken Broth

• 1 tbsp. Olive Oil

• 2/4 cup Milk

• 2/4 cup Half and Half

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot over med high heat drizzle in olive oil and add onions, celery, saute until tender.
  2. In a bowl pour in the milk, half-half and add in the flour, stir well until combined.
  3. Add in milk mixture to large pot and add in the clams with juice and chicken broth, potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Let simmer for about 20 minutes and take pot off the heat, let it cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Them pour in a food processor and processor until smooth.
  6. Serve in a bread bowl or in serving bowl.
