Avocado Deviled Eggs

Avocado Deviled Eggs are made with avocado, lime juice, sour cream ,cilantro and red onion plus crispy bacon.

Ingredients:

• 6 Hard Boiled Eggs

• 1 Ripe Avocado pitted and mashed

• 1 tbsp. Sour Cream

• 1 tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice from one lime

• 1/2 tbsp. Fresh Lime Zest from one lime

• 1 tbsp. Chopped Cilantro

• 2 tbsp. Chopped Red Onion

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

• Cayenne to taste

• 2 Cooked Bacon, crumbled to garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a pot of boiling water boil the eggs until done. Peel the eggs and cut in half. Spoon out the egg yolk to a bowl.
  2. In a bowl of egg, add in mashed avocado, sour cream, lime juice and lime zest, cilantro, red onion and salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, stir well until combined well mixed.
  3. Now spoon the filling into white egg shells and garnish with crumble bacon.
