
Ingredients:
Chocolate Cupcakes
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
• 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
• 1/2 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 2 Eggs
Orange Cream Cheese Frosting
• 1 package Cream Cheese, softened
• 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 4 cups Powdered Sugar
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• Few drops of Orange Food Coloring
• Halloween Sprinkles for garnish
Instructions:
Chocolate Cupcakes
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin pan tins with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and chocolate chips, vanilla extract, butter, milk, eggs, best well until combined.
- Pour batter into each muffin tins liners and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
- Make the frosting, in a bowl of stand up mixer add in all frosting ingredients and beat well until smooth and fluffy.
- Use a piping bag to pipe on top of the cupcakes and garnish with Halloween sprinkles.
