
Ingredients:
• Store Brought Pie Crust
• 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
• 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
• 1/3 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/3 cup Light Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
• 2 Eggs
• Whipping Topping for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a pie pan with cooking spray and place the pie crust inside.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, white sugar and brown sugar, vanilla extract and butter, eggs, beat well until combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts mix well.
- Pour the filling into pie crust and bake for 45 minutes until light golden brown. Let pie cool for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with whipped topping if desired.
