Chocolate Walnut Pie

This chocolate walnut pie is filled with chocolate chips and walnuts in a pie crust.

Ingredients:

• Store Brought Pie Crust

• 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

• 1 cup Chopped Walnuts

• 1/3 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/3 cup Light Brown Sugar

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted

• 2 Eggs

• Whipping Topping for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a pie pan with cooking spray and place the pie crust inside.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, white sugar and brown sugar, vanilla extract and butter, eggs, beat well until combined.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts mix well.
  4. Pour the filling into pie crust and bake for 45 minutes until light golden brown. Let pie cool for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with whipped topping if desired.
