Orange Loaf Cake

This orange loaf cake is moist and flavored with fresh oranges.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 2 tbsp. Fresh Orange Zest from one orange

• 3/4 cup Fresh Orange juice from one orange

• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 cup Vegetable Oil

• 2 Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, orange zest and orange juice, vanilla extract, oil, eggs, beat well until combined.
  3. Pour batter into the greased baking loaf pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
