
Instructions:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 tbsp. Lemon Zest from two lemons
• 1/2 cup Fresh Lemon Juice from 3 lemons
• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• Few drops of Red Food Coloring
• 2/4 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 2/4 cup Milk
• 2 Eggs
• 1 container Vanilla Frosting
• Sprinkles
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and in a muffin pan tins with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, red food coloring, beat well until combined.
- Add in the butter, milk and eggs, beat well until combined.
- Pour batter into muffin tins liners and bake for 35 minutes until light golden. Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
- Frost each cupcake and sprinkles on top.
