
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 cup Cocoa Powder
• 1 cup Chopped Chocolate
• 1/4 cup Cold Coffee
• 1/4 cup Buttermilk
• 2 Eggs
• 1 store brought Buttercream Frosting
• 1 package Edible Candy Eyes
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin pan tins with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and chocolate, coffee, buttermilk and eggs, beat well until combined.
- Pour the batter into muffin tins liners and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown.
- Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
- Spoon the frosting in a piping bag, pipe on the top of cupcakes to look like a mummy and place candy eyes in the middle.
