
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
• 1 cup Fresh Cherries, chopped
• 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 1 Egg
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, white sugar and brown sugar, vanilla extract, butter and egg, beat well until combined.
- Stir in the chopped cherries and chocolate chips well mixed until combined.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes before serving.
