Cherry Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies is soft on the inside and crispy on the edges filled with fresh cherries and chocolate chips.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar

• 1 cup Fresh Cherries, chopped

• 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened

• 1 Egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, white sugar and brown sugar, vanilla extract, butter and egg, beat well until combined.
  3. Stir in the chopped cherries and chocolate chips well mixed until combined.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes before serving.
