
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2 cups Fresh Cherries, pitted and chopped
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 cup Unsalted Butter, cut into pieces
• 2/4 cup Milk
• 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, vanilla extract and butter, milk, eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in cherries until well mixed until combined.
- Pour the batter into greased baking loaf pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
