Cherry Bread

Cherry Bread is moist and filled with cherry flavored that’s delicious to eat for dessert.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 2 cups Fresh Cherries, pitted and chopped

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 cup Unsalted Butter, cut into pieces

• 2/4 cup Milk

• 2 Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, vanilla extract and butter, milk, eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in cherries until well mixed until combined.
  3. Pour the batter into greased baking loaf pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
