Spinach Muffins

Spinach Muffins are filled with alot of spinach and cheddar cheese.

• 1 cup Self-Rising Flour

• 1/3 cup Frozen Spinach, thawed

• 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

• 1 cup Milk

• 4 tbsp. Melted Butter

• 1 Egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin pan tins with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl add in the flour, spinach and cheese, butter, milk and egg, mix well until combined.
  3. Pour in the muffin pan tins and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
