
• 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
• 1/3 cup Frozen Spinach, thawed
• 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 1 cup Milk
• 4 tbsp. Melted Butter
• 1 Egg
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin pan tins with cooking spray.
- In a bowl add in the flour, spinach and cheese, butter, milk and egg, mix well until combined.
- Pour in the muffin pan tins and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
