
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1 tsp. Ground Ginger
• 1 tsp. Nutmeg
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
• 1 2/4 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
• 1 Egg
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, white sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg, cloves, beat well until combined.
- Add in the vanilla extract, oil and pumpkin puree, egg, beat well until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips well mixed.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown. Let cookies cool for 10 minutes before serving.
