
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. Ground Cloves
• 1/2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 can Pumpkin Puree
• 1 package Semisweet Chocolate Chips
• 1/3 cup Butter, softened
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, sugar, cinnamon and cloves, nutmeg, beat well until combined.
- Add in the pumpkin puree and vanilla extract, milk, butter and eggs, best well until combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips well mixed.
- Pour the batter into greased baking loaf pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
