Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

This Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread is flavored with pumpkin puree and chocolate chips.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 2/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

• 1/2 tsp. Ground Cloves

• 1/2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 can Pumpkin Puree

• 1 package Semisweet Chocolate Chips

• 1/3 cup Butter, softened

• 1/2 cup Milk

• 2 Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, sugar, cinnamon and cloves, nutmeg, beat well until combined.
  3. Add in the pumpkin puree and vanilla extract, milk, butter and eggs, best well until combined.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips well mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into greased baking loaf pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
