Mini Spinach Quiche

Mini Spinach Quiche is filled with spinach and feta cheese, eggs is a delicious breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:

• 1 package Baby Spinach

• 1 block Feta Cheese, crumbled

• 6 Eggs

• 1/3 cup Heavy Cream

• 1/2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin pan tins with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl mix together the ingredients and pour the mixture into greased muffin tins.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes until firm and golden brown around the edges. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
