
Ingredients:
Cake
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2/4 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1 cup Chocolate Milk
• 2 Eggs
Blueberry Cream Cheese Frosting
• 2/4 cup Fresh Blueberries
• 1 cup Butter, softened
• 1 container Cream Cheese
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 3 cups Powdered Sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla extract, oil, butter and chocolate milk, eggs, beat well until combined.
- Pour the cake batter into greased baking pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cake cool completely before frosting.
- Make the frosting, in a bowl of stand mixer add in the ingredients and beat well until smooth, fluffy.
- Spread the frosting evenly on top of the cake. Slice and serve.
