Blueberry Chocolate Cake

This blueberry chocolate cake is moist and make with chocolate cake top with blueberry cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients:

Cake

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder

• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2/4 cup Vegetable Oil

• 1 cup Chocolate Milk

• 2 Eggs

Blueberry Cream Cheese Frosting

• 2/4 cup Fresh Blueberries

• 1 cup Butter, softened

• 1 container Cream Cheese

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 3 cups Powdered Sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla extract, oil, butter and chocolate milk, eggs, beat well until combined.
  3. Pour the cake batter into greased baking pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cake cool completely before frosting.
  4. Make the frosting, in a bowl of stand mixer add in the ingredients and beat well until smooth, fluffy.
  5. Spread the frosting evenly on top of the cake.  Slice and serve.
